How do we move through pain? How do we make sense of ourselves and who we are?

It doesn’t always feel like it, but our bodies and minds pull us forward, through trauma and loss, wanting to keep us safe; wanting us to find ourselves.

Therapy helps connect us to this intuitive pull, to help us make change in our relationship with ourselves and others; to understand what we’ve experienced and how it’s shaped us; to decide who we are and how we want to move forward.

Together, we can explore how you've struggled, survived, and adapted, and how to integrate these parts to shape a present with possibility, healing, and agency.

I use a psychodynamic, integrative approach, and pull from Narrative Therapy, Narrative Exposure Therapy, AEDP, and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), among other modalities.

I'm passionate about work focusing on trauma processing, grief and loss, life transitions, ADHD and autism, anxiety and depression, and LGBTQIA identity and exploration. I genuinely enjoy my work as a collaborator, facilitator, and container holder as you (and us, together!) engage in the hard, vulnerable, and generative work of therapy.

I am anti-racist and equity focused in my work. Our lives are political, and our well-being is always tied to the systems and structures we live within. As a queer and non-binary person, I am especially committed to working with queer and trans communities.
